Fambase Privacy Policy
Last updated: 22 May 2026
Fambase helps families manage routines, points, rewards, and shared screen time. This beta policy explains what information is used and how families can keep it safe.
Information Fambase Uses
- Family name, family code, parent and child profile names, labels, and avatars.
- Quests, screen bookings, rewards, points, XP, approvals, and family setup progress.
- Parent email only when a parent chooses to secure family access.
- Support requests sent from inside the app, including safe context such as family code, profile name, page, browser, and message.
Children
Children do not need email accounts. Children use family profiles and PINs. Parents are responsible for creating profiles, setting PINs, approving requests, and deciding what information is appropriate to enter.
How Information Is Used
- To run family routines, points, rewards, screen bookings, and approvals.
- To sync family data across devices using Firebase.
- To help recover and protect family access when verified parent access is enabled.
- To respond to support requests.
What To Avoid During Beta
During beta testing, families should avoid entering sensitive private notes, medical details, school identifiers, addresses, or anything they would not want stored in a family app.
Sharing
Fambase does not sell family data. Support requests may be reviewed by Fambase admin to help fix issues. Firebase services are used to host and store app data.
Security
Fambase uses Firebase security rules, family codes, profile PINs, and verified parent access to protect family spaces. No online system is risk-free, so families should keep family codes and PINs private.
Data Requests
For help, deletion requests, or privacy questions, contact support@fambase.online.
Important Note
This policy is a practical beta policy and should be reviewed by a qualified legal professional before full commercial launch.
